Job summary

Towers Rotana, Dubai, seeks a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to deliver professional guest service and create memorable dining experiences. You will work closely with the kitchen and stewarding teams and supervise the assigned outlet staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include training the team, managing rosters, ensuring grooming standards, welcoming guests, and maximizing outlet revenue while familiarising yourself with the menu and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to train and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with Kitchen, Stewarding and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team per SOPs.
• Monitor staff duty rosters and ensure proper grooming.
• Plan timely setup of the F&B outlet according to meal settings and hours.
• Welcome guests, manage seating through the hostess if available.
• Maintain professional, friendly relations with outlet patrons.
• Be familiar with the outlet menu, promotions and hotel activities.
• Contribute to meeting and maximizing the outlet’s monthly revenue.
