Job summary

Rotana in Dubai seeks a dynamic Waiter/Waitress to provide outstanding dining service in a high-volume outlet. You will greet, seat, and serve guests, share menu knowledge, maintain hygiene, and use upselling to enhance guest experience and revenue.

On-site role requiring a Diploma or degree in Hospitality or F&B, and strong English communication. Previous experience in a bustling restaurant is preferred; GCC national candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in F&B.
• Proven experience as waiter/waitress in high-volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks to service food and beverage per hotel standard.
• Greet, seat and serve guests in a professional, personalized way.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu to advise guests.
• Monitor quality of food and beverages served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet and service area.
• Prepare mise-en-place and mise-en-scene before, during, and after service.
• Minimize wastage and breakage; handle guest queries and complaints.
