Black Pearl Consult seeks an experienced Event Manager in Ajman to lead planning and execution of corporate, exhibitions, conferences and social events. You will coordinate with clients, vendors and teams to deliver memorable experiences from concept to completion.

The role requires 5–7 years of UAE event management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute a wide range of events including corporate functions, exhibitions, conferences and social events.
• Coordinate with clients to understand objectives and ensure all details are meticulously planned.
• Manage event budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and stakeholders to secure logistics for successful delivery.
• Oversee onsite event management including setup and post-event breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all phases.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events.
• Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
