Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and renew contract and tender documents embedding standards with clear KPIs.
• Track contractor performance to inform budgets and renewals.
• Review project designs, feasibility studies, and value engineering proposals.
• Lead new technologies and pilot projects with documented outcomes.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of LTSM assets.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and defect liability checks; oversee handover.
