Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for roads and street lighting projects in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience involving roads, infrastructure, utilities, and traffic signal engineering projects in the UAE.
• Experience coordinating engineering activities with government authorities (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality).

Responsibilities

• Independently develop or supervise electrical engineering deliverables in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Define engineering problems, establish work scopes, and prepare budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Perform electrical engineering calculations, technical evaluations, and detailed design analyses.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, procurement documents, design packages, installation documents, and technical reports.
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams during design development and project execution.
• Review electrical designs and drawings to confirm compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
• Support other engineering disciplines with technical coordination and related project activities.
