Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai seeks a senior asset management professional to lead strategic road asset maintenance, policy development, and multi-year programs. You will align executive plans with sustainability goals, approve contracts, and steer design reviews to ensure safety, lifecycle value, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring road conditions, managing the department budget, and reporting progress and risks to the Director.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with 5+ years in related field.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies, standards, and multi-year maintenance programs.
• Approve contracts, tenders, and design reviews ensuring compliance.
• Plan and review road/bridge rehabilitation to maintain long-term serviceability.
• Monitor road conditions, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee budgets, analyze costs, and drive financial efficiency.
• Report progress, KPIs, and risks to the Director.
