Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai seeks an experienced Manager Data Ingestion and Governance Technologies to lead enterprise data strategies, including MDM, data governance tools, and real-time ingestion platforms. You will design data fabrics/meshes, build CI/CD for data workflows, and enable AI governance initiatives, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in data engineering or governance within financial services or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with MDM, data governance tools, and data ingestion architectures.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience building data as a product and using DataOps tools like Apache Airflow and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the data ingestion and governance technology strategy.
• Implement and manage MDM, data governance tools, data virtualization, masking, and batch/real-time ingestion systems.
• Enable data access through Data Fabric or Data Mesh principles.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
• Create datasets for LLM training and AI applications.
• Ensure integration of data platforms with enterprise systems.
• Drive technology adoption and provide cross-team training.
• Lead delivery of AI-powered solutions to support business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align initiatives with goals.
• Oversee cross-functional data projects to deliver on time and budget.
