Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in data engineering and governance roles within financial services or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience with data masking, data integration and governance tools.
• Proven track record of leading data modernization projects and building scalable, secure data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data ingestion and governance strategy to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead implementation and support of advanced data platforms including MDM and data governance tools.
• Drive Data-as-a-Product principles and ensure accessibility of data products.
