Job summary

Al Tayer Group seeks a Data Strategy and Governance Manager to establish and improve the enterprise Data Governance, Privacy, and Compliance framework across the organization. You will lead Collibra deployment, onboard Data Owners, Stewards, Custodians, and Champions, and embed governance into day-to-day operations while partnering with business and technology leaders.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field with governance focus.
Proven experience leading enterprise data governance programmes.
Strong knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks.
Experience implementing Collibra and related data catalog tools.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise Data Governance standards, policies and controls aligned with business objectives.
Establish enterprise data ownership model and governance operating procedures.
Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption of Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
Monitor compliance with privacy requirements and regulatory frameworks.
Lead executive workshops and drive governance adoption across units.
Manage relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
