Job summary

Fox Talent, a boutique experiential agency in Dubai, seeks a permanent Creative Director to lead from the front. You will shape the agency's creative identity, guide a growing design team, and partner with Client Services and Production on every brief, from concept to delivered experiences.

The role demands senior experience in experiential/brand events, strong 2D/3D design skills, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite with AI tools to speed ideation and presentation production.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in experiential, events or brand experience agencies.
• Proven track record leading creative from concept through to delivered experience.
• Strong design foundations in 2D or 3D with art directing ability.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfort with AI tools.
• Exceptional presentation skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience mentoring a creative team and building capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency's creative vision and establish a distinctive point of view.
• Direct the creative team and collaborate with client services and production.
• Develop guest journeys and experience narratives across spaces.
• Oversee and craft compelling, presentation-ready decks.
• Ensure outputs are on-brand, feasible, and deliverable.
