Job summary

Top Jobs Abroad is seeking a Creative Director for a prestigious luxury interior design firm in Dubai. This role focuses on leading the creative vision and setting a distinctive direction across residential and hospitality projects, with direct influence over a 15-member design team and high-profile private clients.

You will shape the brand’s luxury positioning, oversee concept development through to execution, and guide FF&E sourcing through a network of European ateliers.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in classic or neoclassic luxury interior design is essential.
• Minimum 7 years experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality interior design.
• A genuine creative point of view with leadership vision, not just process.
• Comfortable operating at senior level with high-net-worth private clients.
• Open to relocating to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the creative direction across residential and hospitality projects.
• Provide creative guidance and final design approval for a 15-person design team.
• Lead concept development through to execution reflecting the brand's luxury positioning.
• Represent the company’s creative identity with private clients and at senior industry level.
• Shape FF&E direction sourcing from European ateliers and suppliers (Italy, France, Portugal, Belgium).

Are you a Creative Director with a genuine command of classic and neoclassic design not just luxury in general but the discipline proportion and detailing that define the style This role was built for you.

Our client is a multi-award-winning luxury interior design and turnkey fit-out house operating across the UAE UK and Saudi Arabia. Their portfolio spans private palaces high-end residences and luxury hospitality projects across the GCC and their work has been featured in leading international design and lifestyle publications.

Were retained to find a Creative Director to lead the creative vision behind their next chapter a role built for someone with a genuine point of view not a design manager.

What youll own

• Define and evolve the companys classic and neoclassic creative direction across residential and hospitality projects this is the core of the role not one focus among many
• Provide creative guidance and final design approval across a team of 15 designers a leadership and vision role not day-to-day operational management
• Lead concept development through to execution ensuring every project reflects the brands luxury positioning
• Represent the companys creative identity with high-profile private clients and at senior industry level
• Shape FF&E direction sourcing from an established network of European ateliers and suppliers (Italy France Portugal Belgium)
