Job summary

Beautiful Destinations is seeking a Creative Lead in Dubai to drive the region’s largest market. You will originate campaign ideas, write treatments, and direct creators to bring campaigns to life across cinematic and social formats.

You’ll lead the year‑round flagship programs, build client partnerships, and mentor rising creators within our academy, shaping the next generation of travel storytelling. GCC experience helps, but talent with regional drive is valued.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years of experience in creative roles.
• Pitched, directed and written treatments for clients.
• Experience directing cinematic and social-first work.
• Experience using AI in the creative process.
• Ability to mentor and develop young creators.

Responsibilities

• Generate original campaign ideas and write treatments for Middle East brands.
• Present and sell creative directly to senior clients with clarity and conviction.
• Turn early proposals into sharp visual treatments and decks quickly using Claude Design.
• Direct cinematic creators, self-shooting directors and social creators on flagship work.
• Build and grow our creator network across the region.
• Coach academy creators and refine the curriculum from a filmmaking perspective.
• Maintain the quality bar across campaign films, social, vertical, stills and future formats.
• Set creative principles for key clients to move fast without compromising brand or idea.
• Use AI image and video tools daily to explore directions and lift the final product.
• Share new techniques and references with the BD creative team.
