• Directing several projects in a timely fashion.
• Being a source of advice and creative authority for the client.
• Control of client portfolio.
• Ability to guide client through methodology of creative process.
• Ensuring creative work is of the highest standard and fully matches the clients needs set out in the brief.
• Provide 360 degree feedback for team members where appropriate.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.

This role requires knowledge of digital design. Experience with Adobe software is essential.

Knowledge or at least significant awareness of Flash, Dreamweaver, Web based languages, QuarkXpress and other Digital Design tools.
