Job summary

Foreground LLC, a leading events and communications agency, is seeking an Associate Creative Director to support the Creative Director in guiding campaigns, branding, and event activations in the UAE. You will mentor teams, maintain design excellence, and ensure consistency across messaging, with strong English communication and regional market awareness, in a senior leadership capacity based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
• 8 years experience in creative roles with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in campaigns, branding and events.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools.
• Strong leadership, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication in English, Arabic preferred.
• Deep understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances.

About the Role

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will support the Creative Director in leading the creative vision and execution of campaigns branding and event activations. The ACD will mentor teams ensure creative alignment with strategy and maintain excellence in all deliverables.
