Job summary

Foreground LLC, a leading events and communications agency, is seeking an Associate Creative Director to support the Creative Director in guiding campaigns, branding, and event activations in the UAE. You will mentor teams, maintain design excellence, and ensure consistency across messaging, with strong English communication and regional market awareness, in a senior leadership capacity based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
8 years experience in creative roles with leadership experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in campaigns, branding and events.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools.
Strong leadership, presentation and storytelling skills.
Experience conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Excellent communication in English, Arabic preferred.
Deep understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, branding and campaign ideas aligned with client goals.
Prepare and present pitch decks and creative presentations.
Oversee creative development from ideation to final execution.
Ensure projects align with brand positioning and design excellence.
Mentor and provide feedback to creative teams.
Supervise design, copywriting and multimedia teams for high-quality output.
Ensure consistency in messaging, design and brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and delivery.
Stay current with creative industry trends, technologies and insights.
Participate in post-project evaluations and maintain creative archives.
