Job summary

Earth Movers in Dubai is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of G 2 villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with approved drawings and schedules, manage site personnel, and prepare progress reports.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations is essential, with fluency in English preferred. A UAE driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising G+2 villa construction projects in Dubai.
• Registered and approved by Dubai Municipality (preferred).
• Proven experience in site supervision and managing all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day execution of G 2 villa construction projects.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
