Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Site Supervisor/Engineer to oversee villa renovation activities on-site in Dubai. You will ensure work aligns with drawings and method statements, monitor progress, and report delays.

You will supervise contractors and ensure adherence to quality control procedures while maintaining site safety. The role requires coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants, identifying issues, and proposing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven site engineering experience in UAE.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Reporting and Documentation

Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports as required Maintain accurate site records including progress photos material deliveries and any variations or changes Assist in the preparation of snag lists and follow up on their rectification

- Communication and Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective communication with the project manager contractors and other stakeholders Represent the company professionally on-site
