• Assist in preparing estimates, cost calculations and quantity surveying documents.
• Review quantities, measurements, bills and valuations.
• Maintain project records and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of Gulf experience and strong expertise in building construction.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of construction site activities, estimation, quantity surveying, and project measurements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil and building construction activities, monitoring work progress and quality, coordinating with project teams, and supporting estimation and quantity surveying requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience in civil/building construction.
• Strong knowledge of building construction.
• Valid DM License / Dubai Municipality approval or license, as applicable.
• Knowledge of estimation and quantity surveying.
• Good understanding of construction measurements and materials.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment.
