Aujan Interiors is seeking a qualified Civil Construction Project Manager to lead and manage various projects in the UAE. The role includes managing residential villas, mixed-use developments, and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant UAE experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. A strong command of English and proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 are essential.
To lead, manage, and deliver civil construction projects in the UAE, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, authorities’ approvals, quality standards, budgetary requirements, and timely delivery.
Manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, including residential villas, mixed‑use developments, commercial buildings, infrastructure, and steel structures, from design review through final handover.
Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Review, coordinate, and validate IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals for villa and large‑scale developments.
Liaise with consultants, clients, developers, and local authorities (Dubai Municipality, DDA, DCD, RTA, ADM, Trakhees, etc.) to obtain required approvals and coordinate inspections.
Develop and control project execution plans, schedules (Primavera), budgets, cash flow, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
Oversee site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of villa construction works, including structural, architectural finishes, MEP services, and landscaping.
Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal management.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations, project‑specific safety plans, and quality control procedures.
Approve materials, subcontractors, and suppliers in line with project specifications, authority requirements, and contractual obligations.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement timely corrective and mitigation measures.
Prepare and present detailed project progress reports, cost reports, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
Manage project documentation, claims, variations, and contract administration in accordance with FIDIC conditions.
Successfully hand over completed projects, including residential villas, with all required authority approvals, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and completion certificates.
