Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of an assigned kitchen section ensuring quality consistency and service excellence.
• Prepare and present menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Monitor product quality, portion control and food cost; support inventory control.
• Coach and mentor junior culinary associates to support growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
