Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk is seeking a Chef de Partie to prepare dishes to brand standards and support smooth service. You will uphold HACCP practices, manage mise-en-place, and assist the kitchen in daily operations.

Joining our luxury property in Dubai, you will lead a small team, train juniors, and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Team player with strong leadership and motivation.
• Ability to stay organized under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually with provided uniform.
• Supervise area and team per Sofitel Brand values.
• Maintain HACCP documentation and data records.
• Organize mise-en-place and service with your team.
• Follow instructions from Sous Chef and execute as required.
• Prepare daily requisitions for dry store, food and kitchen transfers.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and hygiene throughout the section.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings with the Chef de Cuisine.
• Report equipment issues to Kitchen leadership and follow up.
