Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section with a focus on quality and presentation. You will work under the Junior Sous Chef, ensuring recipes are followed, and standards met, while supporting the development of junior chefs in a luxury setting.

The role requires strong culinary skills, leadership, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for guests in a prestigious hotel.

Qualifications

• Extensive culinary experience in luxury hotel/resort or quality-driven restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of an assigned kitchen section, ensuring quality and service excellence.
• Prepare and present menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Monitor product quality, portions, and food consistency while supporting cost management.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with mise en place and inventory control.
• Coach and mentor junior culinary staff, fostering growth within the kitchen brigade.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
