Wynn Al Marjan Island invites a Bar Manager – Enclave Bar to join its Food & Beverage team in the UAE. The role demands expert cocktail knowledge, meticulous bar operations, and leadership to drive guest satisfaction at a luxury resort.

You will manage daily bar activities, mentor staff, and collaborate on menu development while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive bartending and bar management experience in upscale or luxury settings.
• Expert knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, premium spirits, wine and trends.
• Experience managing bar operations, inventory, ordering, stock rotation and waste minimization.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle escalated guest concerns.
• Strong leadership to mentor, motivate and train bar staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and financial procedures.
• Formal bartending certification or hospitality management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards and morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations: inventory, ordering, receiving, stock rotation, par levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager to develop cocktails and update menus.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to uphold satisfaction and reputation.
• Prepare beverages accurately per recipes and standards; maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Set up the bar daily and ensure cleanliness of all areas and bar counter.
• Refer guest concerns to Beverage Manager or General Manager as appropriate.
• Participate in training to stay updated and improve service quality.
