Qualifications

5–7 years of progressive bartending and bar management experience in upscale hospitality.
Expert knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and beverage trends.
Experience in inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and cost management.
Strong leadership and customer service skills with guest-facing excellence.
Formal bartending certification or hospitality management training preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards.
Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
Monitor health, safety, and sanitation compliance; implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with Beverage Manager to develop cocktails and update menus per trends.
Resolve escalated guest complaints to uphold guest satisfaction and reputation.
Set up the bar daily and ensure cleanliness and organization.
Accurately charge customers, process payments, and handle POS transactions.
Refer guest concerns to Beverage Manager or General Manager as appropriate.
