Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a highly organized Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring hygiene and quality across washing, drying, ironing, and distribution. The role requires strong leadership to manage a team of attendants and liaise with housekeeping for timely linen distribution.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in hotel/commercial laundry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma or certification in hospitality or textile management is a plus.
• Minimum 2-4 years in a hotel or commercial laundry operation.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the activities of laundry attendants.
• Oversee sorting, washing, drying, ironing and folding.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance with engineering.
• Ensure quality standards for linens and guest laundry.
• Manage inventory of detergents and supplies.
• Coordinate guest laundry, dry cleaning and special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping on linen distribution.
• Maintain records of operations and performance.
