Job summary

The Meydan Hotel, located at the heart of Meydan Racecourse in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Laundry Guest Responsible. You will collect, process, and deliver guest laundry with care, accuracy, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with Laundry, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to maintain quality standards and ensure timely service, while handling express and VIP requests, securing proper tagging, and reporting discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Collect guest laundry from guestrooms promptly upon request while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Ensure laundry bags, invoices, and collection records are completed accurately.
• Verify the laundry list with the guest garments and report any discrepancies before processing.
• Inspect garments for damages, missing buttons, stains, valuables, or special care requirements and notify the Team Leader immediately.
• Prioritize express and VIP laundry requests according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure all garments are correctly tagged and recorded before sending them for processing.
• Deliver guest laundry within the established turnaround time while ensuring garments are presented in excellent condition.
• Report lost-and-found items immediately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Obtain guest acknowledgement upon delivery whenever required.
