Job summary

IKEA, part of Al-Futtaim Retail, is hiring a Back Office Assistant – Last Mile Logistics in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports day-to-day administration of customer fulfillment and home-delivery operations, tracking orders, maintaining delivery records, and coordinating with stores and service providers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience in last-mile delivery, logistics operations, or retail distribution, and can work with data, customers, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily outbound customer-order and home-delivery activities.
• Track orders to help ensure deliveries are completed within agreed customer timelines.
• Update completed and handed-over orders in the relevant systems.
• Follow up with stores and delivery service providers regarding pending orders.
• Reconcile delivery records using POD and fulfillment information.
• Maintain accurate records that can be used when resolving customer delivery enquiries or escalations.
