Your responsibilities include monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing documentation, and collaborating with last mile teams for optimal delivery execution. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience in delivery services or retail logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and submit KPI reports to track delivery performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to system procedures and internal protocols for order processing.
• Classify, sort, file, and archive delivery and fulfillment documents accurately.
• Post completed delivery orders and follow up with stores for pending deliveries.
• Perform daily reconciliation of system postings.
• Monitor team performance through regular spot checks.
• Support initiatives to improve On-Time Fulfillment rates.
• Lead coordination with last mile teams for timely order completion.
• Maintain safe handling of operational equipment.
• Comply with all safety and operational guidelines.
