Job summary

Stand-in for Area Manager as needed, with a focus on fair, data-driven leadership. The role emphasizes coaching, reporting, and implementing attendance and productivity policies to meet Amazon standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites and supervising last mile operations.
• Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and team morale.
• Driving performance management with training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improving delivery processes and maintaining a sustained level of delivery performance.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
