Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in logistics, delivery management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record in leading multi-functional teams and working with external service providers.
• Strong operational planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage last-mile logistics operations, including home delivery scheduling.
• Supervise delivery and assembly services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage team members in the Home Delivery Area to optimize workflow.
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement systems to monitor customer complaints and enhance delivery experience.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and improve service efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and store management to streamline logistics processes.
• Conduct MIS reporting and develop solutions for delivery bottlenecks.
• Build strong relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Plan logistics operations for new store openings.
