Job summary

Shiza Studio by Lushora in the UAE is seeking a young, motivated Team Lead to oversee daily landscaping and maintenance operations. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure work is completed to a high standard with safety in mind.

The ideal candidate has hands-on landscaping experience, strong leadership, financial awareness, and excellent communication in English and Hindi. Immediate or soon-start availability is preferred, along with a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on landscaping experience required.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent client and vendor communication.
• Basic financial tracking and expense recording.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and office software.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive.
• Ability to join immediately or soon.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscaping and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate landscaping teams and ensure high-quality work.
• Communicate professionally with clients, including VIPs.
• Visit project sites and monitor progress.
• Handle crises and solve problems calmly.
• Coordinate with workers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Maintain records of expenses, payments, and purchases.
• Prepare basic reports and work schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards.
