Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a Manager – Landscape to lead landscaping and irrigation operations across its communities in Dubai. You will oversee maintenance, ensure high-quality upkeep, and supervise site teams to deliver reliable service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, 7+ years in landscape management, knowledge of UAE regulations, budgeting, CAFM and MS Office, plus leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related property discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in landscaping and irrigation management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements.
• Experience with budgeting and CAFM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong planning, supervisory and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscaping and irrigation operations across DHAM communities.
• Ensure high-quality upkeep of landscaping assets and timely service delivery.
• Supervise site teams and coordinate preventive & reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and Jointly Owned Property Law (Law No. 06 of 2019).
• Provide technical support for landscaping development projects and prepare Scope of Work.
