Job summary

Shiza Studio by Lushora in the UAE is seeking a young, motivated Team Lead to oversee daily landscaping and maintenance operations. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure work is completed to a high standard with safety in mind.

The ideal candidate has hands-on landscaping experience, strong leadership, financial awareness, and excellent communication in English and Hindi. Immediate or soon-start availability is preferred, along with a UAE driving license.

We are looking for a young, motivated, and responsible Team Lead to join our landscaping company as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to confidently manage teams, clients, vendors, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping and maintenance activities.
• Manage landscaping teams and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally with clients, including high-profile and VIP clients.
• Visit project sites, monitor work progress, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Handle unexpected situations and crisis/problem-solving in a calm and professional manner.
• Coordinate with workers, suppliers, vendors, rental companies, and other service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of daily expenses, payments, purchases, rentals, and other operational costs.
• Keep track of payments due to workers, vendors, suppliers, and rental companies.
• Assist with daily financial tracking and ensure expenses are properly recorded and monitored.
• Prepare basic reports, quotations, work schedules, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with management regarding project requirements, budgets, staffing, and operational issues.
• Ensure company standards, safety procedures, and client requirements are followed.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is more than just a supervisor , someone who can take ownership of daily operations, communicate confidently with clients, manage teams, monitor finances, and solve problems without constant supervision.

A candidate with a combination of landscaping knowledge, leadership ability, financial awareness, computer skills, and excellent communication will be highly preferred.

• Nationality: Indian
• Young, energetic, responsible, and presentable. Freshers are okay as long as they have a proper understanding of landscaping,
• Able to join immediately or within a few weeks
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive confidently.
• Previous relevant experience in landscaping, garden maintenance, or landscape operations is required.
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with high‑profile clients.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other office software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, landscape design software, or other design tools will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of basic finances, expense tracking, payments, and cash management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult or unexpected situations.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience dealing with vendors, suppliers, workers, and subcontractors is preferred.
