Job summary

Manpower Middle East is recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects in Ajman, UAE.

The role requires hands-on site leadership with RCC works, waterproofing, pool shell construction, and coordination of MEP systems, with strong focus on safety, quality, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in pool/water feature and hard landscaping works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities for pools, water features, and hard landscaping.
• Execute and supervise RCC works, waterproofing, pool shells, walls, paving, and stone cladding.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP installations related to pool and water feature systems.
• Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare site reports and ensure health, safety, and quality on site.

We are recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.

This role is ideal for a hands-on-site professional with strong technical expertise in RCC works, waterproofing, pool construction, and associated MEP systems. This role will be based in Ajman, UAE where their project site is located.

About the Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in: Swimming pool construction, Water feature projects, Hard landscaping works
• Excellent understanding of site management principles, including planning, supervision, coordination, and reporting. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory

About You

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities to ensure successful project delivery. Manage day-to-day construction activities for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projects
• Execute and supervise: RCC works, Waterproofing works, Pool shell construction, Retaining walls, Kerbs and interlocks, Paving works, Stone cladding, and Hard landscape installations
• Coordinate and supervise MEP installations related to swimming pool and water feature systems
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site
