Azizi Developments, a premier Dubai-based developer, is hiring a Land Surveyor – Infrastructure. You will conduct setting-out, topographical, and as-built surveys for complex infra projects, ensuring accuracy against drawings, standards, and specifications.

Strong UAE infra project experience and proficiency with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level are essential. You will coordinate with site teams, verify control points, and document survey records while maintaining calibration and quality.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience in construction.
• Mandatory UAE infrastructure project experience.
• Proficient with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.

As a Land Surveyor – Infrastructure, you will be responsible for carrying out land surveying activities to ensure accurate setting out, alignment, levels, and measurements throughout all phases of infrastructure construction. You will ensure that all survey works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in UAE infrastructure projects, with strong technical knowledge of surveying instruments, survey calculations, and setting-out procedures.

• Proficiency in operating Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, levels, and survey data.
• Experience in topographical surveys, as-built surveys, and setting-out works.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and infrastructure project requirements.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
