Job summary

Azizi Developments, a premier Dubai-based developer, is hiring a Land Surveyor – Infrastructure. You will conduct setting-out, topographical, and as-built surveys for complex infra projects, ensuring accuracy against drawings, standards, and specifications.

Strong UAE infra project experience and proficiency with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level are essential. You will coordinate with site teams, verify control points, and document survey records while maintaining calibration and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience in construction.
• Mandatory UAE infrastructure project experience.
• Proficient with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.

Responsibilities

• Carry out land surveying and setting-out activities for infrastructure projects in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, levels, and reference points.
• Conduct topographical surveys, site measurements, and as-built surveys.
• Perform setting out for roads, utilities, drainage networks, sewerage systems, water pipelines, and other infrastructure works.
• Operate surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.
• Interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, profiles, cross-sections, and construction layouts.
• Verify line, level, alignment, and elevations to ensure accuracy of construction works.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, measurement records, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, consultants, and construction teams to resolve surveying discrepancies.
• Monitor survey equipment calibration and ensure proper maintenance and accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with project quality requirements and established surveying standards.
