The Land Surveyor position in Dubai focuses on delivering accurate field surveys for major roads and infrastructure projects, including metro developments. The role ensures precise site measurements, supports construction execution through reliable survey data, and maintains safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and documents related to survey work
• Perform land surveys and geodetic calculations for infrastructure and roads projects
• Supervise survey-related site activities and coordinate with contractors and clients
• Verify project requirements and ensure survey accuracy throughout execution
• Check setting‑out, levels, and utility locations to ensure proper protection
• Prepare field sketches and maintain detailed records including field books and calculations
• Measure completed works and support progress tracking when required
• Assist in preparing as‑built drawings for completed construction works
• Follow site safety procedures and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
• Coordinate with project teams to complete survey tasks within timelines and budgets

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, roads, and utilities projects
