Job summary

Talent One Employment Services in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Learning & Development Lead to drive L&D strategy, employee capability development, and leadership programmes aligned with business needs. The role requires 6–8 years in L&D with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

You will lead design, delivery, and governance of training across technical, behavioural, and compliance areas, while partnering with stakeholders to build future leaders.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Learning & Development experience, with 2+ years in a senior/leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong instructional design, training facilitation, competency development, and leadership development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• CIPD, SHRM, ATD, CPTD or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the L&D strategy, annual training calendar, and budget.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Design and coordinate technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training.
• Build competency frameworks, learning pathways, and leadership programs.
• Support succession planning, talent development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Manage onboarding, external providers, and LMS administration where applicable.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and report L&D KPIs.
