Responsibilities include collaborating with managers, scheduling learning initiatives, evaluating training needs, and maintaining professional standards in line with Marriott International's policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to discuss staffing needs and qualifications.
• Develop training strategies and create facilitator/participant materials.
• Prepare for training classes, including logistics and materials.
• Conduct stand-up training for groups of employees.
• Ensure safety training and orientation are conducted across departments.
