Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Learning & Development, HR, or people support, preferably in retail or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience supporting learning delivery, onboarding, or training coordination.
• Ability to work with learning systems (LMS) and track completion, attendance, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and training needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and SLA commitments.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning solutions (classroom, virtual, blended, and self-learning).
• Drive learning engagement through campaigns and initiatives while upholding IKEA values and ways of working.
• Monitor delivery, completion, and certification via platforms and dashboards, ensuring timely reporting.
• Partner with line managers, HRBP, SMEs, and regional L&D to enable development planning and IDPs.
