Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive strategic and operational learning across stores and regional levels. You will translate needs into plans, coordinate delivery, and monitor outcomes aligned with the SLA and company priorities.

You will collaborate with store management, HRBP, facilitators and SMEs to ensure timely, impactful learning, with campaigns to boost engagement and a strong learning culture aligned with IKEA values and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR or people support roles.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and training needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and SLA commitments.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning solutions across classroom, virtual, blended, and self-learning.
• Maintain facilitators, buddies and learning resources to meet service expectations.
• Deliver monthly learning dashboards on time and ensure compliance with SLA standards.
• Act as learning consultant for managers, HRBP, SMEs and Regional L&D; support IDPs and development cycles.
