The Apex Group is seeking a Head of Sales – KSA to lead and scale the sales function across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will define the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing team aligned with regional objectives.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, complex negotiations, client relationship management with government and enterprise clients, and collaboration with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless deal execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial leadership
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within KSA
• Proven track record of building and leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture
• Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regional or multinational organizations is desirable

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the KSA sales strategy in alignment with growth objectives
• Own revenue creation for the KSA market across prospective and client book
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across key sectors
• Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic enterprise-level deals
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and government stakeholders
• Establish and scale a high-performing sales team with coaching and performance management
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Legal for seamless deal execution
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments within KSA to inform decisions
• Represent the company at industry events and executive client engagements
