Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking an Area Director of Sales for the KSA region. You will drive sales strategies and oversee multiple properties, aligning efforts with corporate objectives to deliver revenue growth.

You will lead sales teams, develop relationships with corporate clients and partners, and ensure data-driven decision making through market analysis and performance monitoring.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in Makkah and Madinah.
• Demonstrated area or corporate sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Negotiate contracts with key clients to secure favorable terms.
• Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship and continuous improvement within sales teams.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on performance and trends.
• Ensure alignment between sales and revenue management for pricing and inventory optimization.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the KSA region.

As an Area Director of Sales - KSA, you are responsible for driving sales strategies and revenue growth across multiple properties in the KSA region. You will lead and manage the sales teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering exceptional results.

• Lead and oversee the sales teams across various properties in KSA.

• Identify and develop key relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to drive sales and revenue growth.

• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and opportunities within the KSA market.

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, revenue metrics, and market data to make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with the marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales efforts.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

• Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the sales teams.

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategies.

• Ensure effective alignment between sales efforts and revenue management for pricing optimization and inventory management.

• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends affecting the KSA region.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven sales experience in Makkah and Madinah.

• Demonstrated area or corporate sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
