Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Head of Sales for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to lead and scale the sales function. The role requires defining the country sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team that collaborates with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent strong advantage).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within KSA.
• Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and delivering revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the KSA sales strategy in alignment with overall business and regional growth objectives.
• Own revenue creation responsibility for the KSA market across the prospective and client book, ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and close strategic enterprise-level deals with senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and government or semi-government stakeholders.
• Establish and scale a high-performing sales team with leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal for seamless deal execution and onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and regulatory development within KSA.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client engagements in the Kingdom.
• Develop and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
