Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing and pot-wash machines efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and BOH areas.
• Assist chefs and service teams during operations.
• Report damaged equipment to supervisors.
