Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing and wash stations.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock; ensure clean wares are stored correctly.
• Follow safety and security policies; report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions.
• Move, lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds; stand or walk for extended periods.
