• Give careful attention to children 's individual welfare and personal needs throughout each session.
• Contact parents or guardians when assistance is required with discipline, personal needs, or other concerns.
• Escalate child health concerns to the Recreation Manager so appropriate action can be taken.
• Confirm that every parent or guardian completes and signs the required Kids Club Agreement and Information Form.
• Verify that the person checking in a child is authorized and recorded on the relevant documentation.
• Ensure the Kids Club Register is properly completed during both child check-in and check-out.
• Follow secure child release procedures before allowing any child to leave the facility.
• Maintain accurate attendance, registration, and authorization records.
• Follow established Kids Club policies, procedures, safety controls, and service standards.
• Carry out routine cleaning and ensure toys and shared play equipment are disinfected regularly.
• Keep play spaces, activity areas, furniture, toys, and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor external activity providers and raise concerns if service quality does not meet expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with Recreation, Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, Engineering, and other relevant hotel teams.
• Use sound judgment to resolve routine guest or operational concerns calmly and professionally.
• Prioritize daily responsibilities and complete assigned duties without unnecessary supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling information relating to children, parents, guests, or colleagues.

Ideal Profile

The preferred candidate has previous experience in the same or a closely related Kids Club position within a 4-5 star hotel.
