Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Vocational Hospitality, Recreation, Childcare, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a kids club, creche, childcare facility, recreation department, or four‑ to five‑star hotel is advantageous.

• Ensure parents or guardians complete registration forms accurately before children enter the facility.
• Check that registration records include relevant health history, allergies, emergency contacts, and special requirements.

• Supervise children during games, creative sessions, recreational activities, and free‑play periods.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules provided by the Recreation Supervisor.
• Explain activity instructions clearly and encourage safe, inclusive participation.
• Enforce kids club rules and safety requirements consistently.
• Keep the kids club, creche, play areas, furniture, and activity spaces clean and tidy.
• Inspect toys, games, and equipment regularly for cleanliness, damage, and safe operation.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of toys, supplies, materials, and recreational equipment.
• Report damaged, missing, or unsafe items immediately.
• Inform the Assistant Recreation Manager or Recreation Supervisor when replacement toys or additional supplies are needed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment according to hotel hygiene procedures.
• Maintain awareness of children's behaviour and respond promptly to signs of discomfort, distress, or illness.
• Report accidents, incidents, injuries, or safeguarding concerns through the correct procedure.
• Provide parents with accurate information about club facilities, operating hours, promotions, activities, and prices.
• Respond politely to routine guest enquiries and refer complex concerns to the supervisor.
• Support special children's programs, family events, celebrations, and seasonal activities.
• Maintain professional conduct, personal grooming, and respectful communication throughout each shift.
• Follow hotel policies, recreation procedures, emergency requirements, and child safety standards.
• Assist with other reasonable recreation duties assigned by management.
