The KHDA Coordinator will maintain the regulatory foundation required for stable school operations. The role connects leadership, admissions, Human Resources, academic teams, and government authorities through accurate documentation and timely compliance activity. Effective coordination will support inspection readiness, protect licensing status, improve data accuracy, and help school leaders respond confidently to changing regulatory expectations.
The coordinator will work with senior leaders on the Self-Evaluation Form and school improvement planning by organizing evidence, tracking contributions, and supporting timely completion.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in Dubai, preferably within a school or education-sector compliance role. Strong working knowledge of KHDA regulations and British curriculum school operations is required. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with leadership teams, administrative departments, and regulatory authorities. Excellent communication, accurate documentation, careful follow-up, and the ability to manage several deadlines are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant school information systems is required. Only candidates available to join immediately will be considered. Applicants holding a spouse-sponsored or dependent UAE visa will receive preference.
