The role requires 3+ years in a KHDA-related position, fluent Arabic and English, MS Office proficiency, and a Dubai residency visa. You will liaise daily with KHDA in both languages to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in KHDA-related role at a private school in Dubai.
• Excellent hands-on experience with KHDA Portal and eSIS.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• High accuracy and strict confidentiality with KHDA deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full KHDA Portal management and updates.
• Register and update student/teacher data on eSIS/KHDA.
• Issue teacher appointment notifications and track KHDA approvals.
• Monitor KHDA circulars and ensure school compliance.
• Prepare DSIB inspection and compliance files.
• Address parent KHDA inquiries and follow-ups.
• Communicate with KHDA in Arabic and English daily.
